Robbie is not a coach who stepped out of production years ago and teaches what used to work. She is listing, selling, negotiating, and leading a high-producing team every day. She has worked in four states and is a licensed broker in two; her team closes more than 400 properties a year, and between her own production and her team's she has been part of over $1 billion in closed real estate. As a national coach and trainer she hears what agents are running into across the country, which is why nothing in these packets is theory.
Alex has spent 12 years in real estate as a producing Realtor, a paid company productivity coach, and a team productivity coach for TLG Network Group, where he coached some of the most successful agents in the Abilene area, including one who now owns his own brokerage. Years in Toastmasters, including four as vice president of public relations, shaped how he teaches: clearly, and in a way agents can actually put to work. He has since stepped into the appraisal side of the business, and the skill agents ask him for most is how to price a home.
